"It's like LinkedIn live!" some people said. We joined the People, Transformation and Innovation Convention in Germany, Offenbach - a diverse mix of themes and professionals who are all keen to learn about the future of work. It's been super exciting to connect with my workshop attendees live, to "run" into some of the linkedin voices I follow for quite some time and to make real connections while enjoying drinks, music and real good talks. The vibe is different - more informal, more easy going, more inclusive and open minded. If this is the new normal, then I am here for it all.
